About

We came at this from the golf side.

Pro-Sims was started in 2019 by a PGA Professional who also built a five-bay facility of his own to run on the same equipment we install for you.

The same room before and after: a bare concrete shell with exposed ceiling on the left, a finished multi-bay simulator facility on the right.

Why this company exists

Most golf simulator companies come at it from audio-visual installation. They can frame a wall and run a cable, and they learn the golf part on the job. We came at it the other way around.

Billy Ore is a PGA Professional and spent eight years as Director of Instruction at the PGA Learning Center. He has been designing and installing golf simulators since 2019. That background changes what you notice in a room: where a swing runs out of space, why a unit that reads beautifully on a spec sheet frustrates a player who moves a certain way, and what a room needs to feel good on the two-hundredth session.

Then, rather than staying a company that sells equipment, we built a facility that runs on it. 247 Indoor Golf in Stuart is five bays open seven days a week for members, lessons, fittings and leagues, on the same launch monitors we install in clients' homes.

Those installs have grown into their own business, which is why Pro-Sims is now its own company rather than a service running out of the performance center. Same owner, same crew, same showroom floor.

Two people, two halves of the job

A PGA Professional decides what the room has to do. A construction project manager builds it.

Billy Ore

  • 8 yrsDirector of Instruction, PGA Learning Center
  • 2019Installing simulators since

For eight years Billy was Director of Instruction at the PGA Learning Center, running teaching operations at a PGA of America facility, where simulators are judged on whether they hold up under instruction all day.

Years of watching golfers swing in rooms of every shape teaches you things a spec sheet never will: where a swing actually runs out of space, and what a room needs to feel like on the two-hundredth session rather than the first.

He founded Pro-Sims in 2019 and has installed systems for homes and businesses throughout Florida since. He also owns and operates 247 Indoor Golf, the five-bay performance center in Stuart that doubles as the Pro-Sims showroom. He works with every client personally at the design stage.

On your project

Surveys the room and decides what it has to do for a golf swing: clearance, sightlines, ball-to-screen distance, and which launch monitor suits how you play.

Zach Bournival

  • 15 yrsConstruction
  • OwnerMarine construction: docks, boat lifts, seawalls
  • 5 yrsHome improvement & trim carpentry
  • Every buildSurvey through handover

Zach brings fifteen years of construction to Pro-Sims, most recently as the owner of a marine construction company building docks, boat lifts and seawalls: structures that have to sit dead level, hold their line under load, survive Florida weather and pass inspection.

Before that he spent five years in home improvement and trim carpentry, the other half of what a simulator bay needs. A screen frame has to be square and rigid or the image bows, and the room around it has to be finished properly. A Pro-Sims build needs structural and finish work in the same afternoon.

Having run his own company, he also handles the schedule: trades booked in the right order, materials on site when they're needed, and a room that gets played in when it was promised.

On your project

Runs the build: framing or enclosure, subfloor, electrical, turf and finish, plus the trades, and on commercial jobs the permits and inspections.

Two companies, one building

Where Pro-Sims ends and 247 begins

If you've had work done by us before, it may have been invoiced under a different name. Here's the plain explanation.

This company

Pro-Sims

Golf simulator design, sales and installation for homes and businesses across Florida, from a single modular bay to a custom built-in room or a multi-bay commercial build. Survey, drawings, equipment, construction and calibration.

The showroom

247 Indoor Golf

A separate company, also owned and operated by Billy: a 6,000 sq ft indoor golf performance center in Stuart with five simulator bays, a putting green, club fitting and lessons. It's where you come to hit the equipment before you buy it.

Installations completed before 2026 were carried out under the 247 Indoor Golf name by the same team. The installation side outgrew the facility's name and became its own company.

Book an hour at the showroom. Hit balls on the units you're weighing up, ask the awkward questions, and see whether we know what we're talking about before you spend anything.
